What does ATS stand for?
ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System. It is software that companies use to track applicants. It allows them to simplify the recruitment process. This software can allow them to filter out or accept specific applicants based on their resume. When you upload a resume through their website, there is a chance that if it is not properly formatted to be read by their software, it could be rejected.
This is why ATS-friendly resumes are important. It is a way to format your resume just right to try to get the software to approve it so that a human can actually read your resume.
How does the process work?
Contact us through our form to confirm the services you want. Then, we will email you an invoice through PayPal. We will send you a questionnaire after payment to gather the information we need. Then, we will add you to the queue and begin working on your resume as soon as we can.
For the Review service, what exact parts will you review?
We will review the resume based on the style and design, red flags, grammar errors, formatting, and writing. We might also reword some of your descriptions.
If I pay for the Review package, and then want you to rewrite my resume based on the report, will I be charged full price?
No. if you pay for a Review package, the report will contain information regarding getting a discount if you want us to rewrite your resume based on our findings.
If I’m a new college graduate but worked a part-time job during high school or college, am I still eligible for the New Grad package?
Yes, as long as the total amount of professional experience is less than 2 years (as mentioned in the Services page).
How long will the process take?
It depends on the service and the turnaround when asking for additional information, but it can take 2-3 days
How do I know if I’m eligible for a Rewrite service?
This service requires that you have an existing resume. You are not eligible for this service if it is obvious that you have a very blank resume that tries to go around having to pay for a New service with an attempt to append all of the information.
Can I add new information for a Rewrite service?
No. The Rewrite service is for existing resumes, and we will not be adding new information such as a job or education. You should add this information ahead of time to your existing resume before purchasing this service.
What counts as a revision round?
After we finish working on your resume, you can send us back an email asking about minor adjustments. A revision round is not to redesign the entire resume, but to rather request to make some small adjustments such as changing text, some styling, or fixing anything minor you think can be changed. After the revision, we will give you back an updated resume.
For how long can I get unlimited revisions?
You can get unlimited revisions up to a week after delivery of your resume.
